• STEP 1 - Find a domain you want to use for your site and register it. Click here for our domain registration tool.
  
• STEP 2 - If you're switching from an existing host you should leave your old account active until your domain has been successfully  switched and your new DNS settings have been propagated to our network ie. you can begin to access your account by using your domain name rather than IP address.
  
• STEP 3 - Sign up using our instant signup order form here.
• STEP 4 - Use the login data that we send you in  step 3 to create your basic email account(s) and perform all of your other account configuration setup tasks.
• STEP 5 - Once your site has been migrated to our servers you should update your dns (domain name servers) to the ones we provide you in the setup email that you received as part of the signup process in step 3.
• STEP 6 - It will normally take up to 24 hrs for dns updates to propagate throughout the world. In the meantime you can view your site to make sure it loaded properly by pointing your browser to the url provided in your setup email (specifying your new server ip and username, as in http://123.123.123.1/~USERNAME/ where 123.123.123.1 is replaced with the ip address of your new host server).
• STEP 7 - Once your domain's DNS settings have propagated to our network you can begin using your own domain name to access your website. You can safely close your account at your old hosting provider.  Be sure to backup all emails, forwarders, autoresponders, home directory, databases, etc.. It is easy to overlook minor pieces that can cost you tons of time later.
