The ability to upgrades and downgrade your account (Up to the next highest hosting plan or down to the next lowest hosting plan) can be done within the Client Zone support system on our SGHostWrx.com site.  Simply login to your account, go to your profile area. select the new plan that you'd like to change to and select Change Package. 

Personal Email is at the bottom of our hosting plan offerings in terms of price and capabilities.  You can upgrade to any of our plans from the Personal Email Plan.  The Ecommerce Plan is the highest that we have and you can downgrade to any of the plans from our Ecommerce Plan.

Upon upgrading or downgrading you will receive either a refund or additional billing amount that has been pro-rated, in the event that you are changing plans prior to the next billing cycle, to reflect whatever cost differences exist between the old and new plans.

Add-Ons are availble for adding additional capabilities to your hosting plan without requiring you to upgrade to the next hosting plan. We currently offer add-ons for:

Extra Bandwidth: Price is $1.50 per 10 GB per month with a minimum of a 10 GB increase

Extra Storage: Price is $2.00 per GB per month with a minimum of a 1 GB increase

SSL Certificates can be purchased and installed by us; Please submit a support ticket via the Client Zone for an up-to-date price quote/description of available certificates.

Add-Ons can be automatically added to your account by logging into your account via the Client Zone, clicking on the Products/Services link and clicking on the "Click here to manage" link that appears to the right of where number of your current Add-ons is displayed.  If you have none then a 0 will be shown.
